INSURANCE POLICY Our office accepts all insurance coverages which allow the assignment of benefit to the dentist. While we do not participate in Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs), we do accept these plans if they allow the patient to assign the benefits of the policy to us. Office Insurance Services 1. Our office will file all dental claims for services rendered by us to your insurance carrier, including Medicaid claims. This is done both electronically and on paper. 2. We will follow-up on any claims not paid by your carrier in a timely manner. 3. We will provide all necessary documentation requested by your carrier to process the claim. 4. We will file requests for pre-determination of benefits on your behalf so that you will know exactly what your carrier will pay for each service planned. 5. We can estimate your benefits for you, based on information from your carrier's summary of benefits and our experience (if any) with that carrier. |
